Orange Fleet Link simple monitoring
This package provides simple, accurate data (both current and historical) on the whereabouts of your fleet, with street level mapping, arrives & departs & journey history reports. Manage your cost to serve by measuring daily & weekly mileage, time on site, and start & end of day times.
Orange Fleet Link telematics pack
As well as all the features of Orange Fleet Link simple monitoring, the Orange Fleet Link telematics pack offers door sensors and remote trailer disconnect sensors, and sends notification to the web interface. Your drivers are also able to log availability and create reports using the simple touch-screen.
Orange Fleet Link security pack
As well as all the features of Orange Fleet Link simple monitoring, the Orange Fleet Link security pack provides some really valuable security features to help protect your work force and your assets. Features include remote & driver panic alarms, vehicle starter kill (with driver I.D. Cell), alerts when vehicle is out of area & full support from a monitoring station. There are also door sensors and a discreet 'listen in' option.
Orange Fleet Link voice
As well as all the features of Orange Fleet Link simple monitoring, the Orange Fleet Link voice package allows communication between your drivers and your back office (and if you wish, others) using the built-in compulsory hands free unit in the vehicle. Voice functionality includes a remotely programmable phonebook, (freedial and restricted) 2-way data & text (text templates for drivers).
Drivers can create reports and log availability & rest periods. It also offers driver security with voice and data, a variety of alarms, vehicle starter kill (with driver I.D. cell), discreet 'listen in', fuel report templates & jobs per day.
Orange Fleet Link high security
This package was specified by our customers who specialise in transporting high value loads.
As well as all the features of Orange Fleet Link voice and Orange Fleet Link security, the Orange Fleet Link high security package includes remote alerts for door sensors & when the trailer is disconnected, and remote panic alarms.
In addition, the package offers you a driver forms designer, dynamic job allocation from the web interface, and integration with office systems.
Orange Fleet Link with service link
The Orange Fleet Link with service link package offers integrated dynamic job scheduling to the Orange Fleet Link high security package, giving you 'planned versus actual' information to help you optimise your workforce and maximise jobs per day.
With web-based job despatch, jobs are received by your worker on their PDA, which captures & confirms ETAs, signatures, and notification of jobs completed. All job information is relayed to the back office in real-time.
As the tracking is integrated, your job despatch can be based on vehicle locations and the tracking unit in the vehicle records departure times, whilst the web sends KPI reports by email. What's more, the postcode of your job location connects to turn-by-turn navigation displayed on the driver's PDA.
